“Just a little note to say how delighted I was with the service given by all the guys from Redrose. In order – Lee who took off the two radiators, Justine and Robie hacking up the floor, Al who did some brilliant plastering, Justine and Robie again who made a beautiful job of laying the floor, David who put on the skirting and Martin who finished the whole job off by painting both rooms. Not only did he paint but he filled in all the gaps along the top of the skirting, had to rub it all down and then give it two coats of paint. He worked for three days and like trooper. Not to forget Lawrence who lined up the front door. I think Ive covered everyone but if not apologise.

I would like to thank Redrose for all their work – it was done on time (after start date agreed) and I now have a beautiful hall and front room.”

I had a call from the support unit earlier today. Our customer had a further leak from the flat above and could not make contact with the owner of the flat above and could not stop the leak. Water has been pouring through her kitchen and bathroom ceiling for a few hours and she simply has not been able to get a plumber out.

The customer called Insurance for help she was passed over to the support unit. The support unit contacted me and I attended the property as an emergency.

Not being able to turn the water off myself, I called Redrose for help.

Within 1 hour, they arranged for a plumber to attend, who is at the risk address now and the water has been turned off. This has potentially saved the insurance company thousands of pounds and I just wanted to let you know how quickly Redrose stepped in to help even though it is not the responsibility of Insurance or the customer in this instance.

This was outstanding service from Redrose and I thought you should be informed.
